Effective September 14, 2026

PRIVACY,
PLAINLY.

This policy explains how Create Socially LLP handles information through this website and the private CSOS Knowledge MCP service.

01

Who we are

Create Socially LLP provides strategic advisory, training, and related business services. CSOS Knowledge MCP is a private tool used to connect governed Create Socially source material with authorized advisory systems.

02

Information we handle

When an authorized operator connects a Google account, the MCP may receive OAuth identifiers and tokens and may retrieve the metadata and contents of Google Drive files identified in Create Socially’s governed source registry. The website may also receive information a visitor intentionally submits through a contact or scheduling experience, together with basic technical and usage information needed to operate and improve the site.

03

How Google Drive data is used

Google Drive data is used only to search, retrieve, cite, evaluate authority, and provide context from cataloged Create Socially sources in response to an authorized request. The MCP’s Google permission is read-only; the service does not edit, delete, move, create, or share files in Google Drive.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

04

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are maintained as protected service configuration for as long as the connection is authorized. Access tokens are refreshed for active use and are not intentionally written into the source registry. Retrieved file content is processed to answer an authorized request and is not intentionally retained by the MCP as a separate document store. Registry metadata, governance records, security records, and limited operational logs may be retained as needed to operate, secure, and audit the service.

05

When information is disclosed

Create Socially does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Information may be processed by vendors needed to operate the service, including Google Drive, the application host, and the authorized AI or software interface making the request. Content returned by the MCP may be transmitted to that authorized interface so it can answer the request. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or service integrity.

06

Security and access

The MCP uses bearer authentication, restricted OAuth credentials, a cataloged source registry, and read-only Google Drive access. Access is intended only for approved Create Socially operators and systems. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, so access and safeguards are reviewed as the pilot develops.

07

Your choices

You may revoke the app’s Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings. You may also ask Create Socially to disconnect the service or address a privacy request by emailing hello@createsocially.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.

08

Children and changes

The service is designed for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service, law, or operating practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
