The SAGE Legacy Inventory

TURNING A LEGACY
LIBRARY INTO A
TRUSTED GROWTH SYSTEM.

Create Socially is carefully inventorying Dave Romeo’s 19-book body of work so its strongest lessons can become traceable, evidence-aware knowledge for CSOS and SAGE—not a pile of summaries, and not a rewrite of his voice.

In one sentence

We are building the trusted bridge between what Dave taught and how that knowledge can serve people responsibly now.

The work preserves original attribution, tests material claims, maps relationships, identifies risks, governs quotation use, and develops modern applications. The result is intended to be useful enough for real decisions and careful enough to deserve trust.

What the project is building

SIX CONNECTED
LAYERS OF VALUE.

Each layer solves a different problem. Together they turn a large body of legacy material into a governed, searchable, and teachable system.

01

A traceable evidence map

Every meaningful passage receives a stable source location, attribution, evidence classification, and review status—so ideas can be traced back to what Dave actually wrote.

02

A connected knowledge system

Supported ideas are mapped across books, seminars, DISCOVER → ALIGN → GROW, exact CSOS coordinates, and the SAGE HR, Sell, CX, Operate, and Develop models.

03

A claims and risk layer

Factual, legal, medical, financial, privacy, safeguarding, faith, reputation, and rights questions are separated from interpretation and routed to the right level of review.

04

A governed quotation library

Quotes, epigraphs, lyrics, film lines, Scripture, and other work cues retain their source record while attribution, context, permissions, and approved use remain independently controlled.

05

A reusable application library

The strongest lessons are being shaped into frameworks, prompts, diagnostics, exercises, decision tools, and learning paths—without flattening Dave’s distinctive contribution.

06

A foundation for SAGE

The completed inventory will help SAGE connect trusted source knowledge to a leader’s real situation, while preserving human judgment, consent, privacy, and professional boundaries.

How the work moves

FROM SOURCE
TO SERVICE.

  1. 01PreserveCapture the exact source and context.
  2. 02VerifyTest continuity, claims, attribution, and evidence.
  3. 03ConnectMap relationships, models, and coordinates.
  4. 04ModernizeShape a faithful, current application.
  5. 05GovernApply risk, rights, privacy, and approval gates.
  6. 06Use & learnApply carefully, measure outcomes, and improve.

The goals

WHAT SUCCESS
LOOKS LIKE.

This is not an archival exercise for its own sake. It is meant to preserve a valuable body of work and make its best ideas safer, clearer, more useful, and more durable.

01

Preserve the legacy

Protect Dave Romeo’s authorship, language, stories, and original source cues so the work remains recognizable and traceable.

02

Strengthen what is true

Validate material claims with authoritative sources, correct stale or disputed details, and label uncertainty instead of hiding it.

03

Modernize responsibly

Translate enduring lessons for current organizations, inclusive audiences, and contemporary evidence without silently rewriting the source.

04

Make knowledge usable

Connect ideas to decisions, behaviors, safeguards, measures, and outcomes that leaders and teams can actually apply.

05

Govern consequential use

Keep publication, product use, exact quotations, personal information, and specialist advice restricted until the right approvals are complete.

06

Multiply impact

Create a durable knowledge base that can support advisory work, CSOS learning, future SAGE experiences, and tailored client application.

Knowledge emerging across the library

THE DURABLE
PATTERNS.

Across very different subjects, a consistent operating logic is becoming visible. These are working findings—not claims that every passage says the same thing.

  1. 01

    Clarify purpose before choosing action.

  2. 02

Separate facts, assumptions, motives, and interpretations.

  3. 03

    Translate values into observable behavior.

  4. 04

Prepare before committing people, money, or reputation.

  5. 05

Protect dignity, agency, relationships, privacy, and safety.

  6. 06

Start with bounded action, then measure, learn, and adjust.

  7. 07

Keep faith-based guidance explicit and optional—not assumed.

  8. 08

Measure success through behavior, stakeholder value, and sustainable outcomes.

Why governance matters

USEFUL KNOWLEDGE
MUST ALSO BE
TRUSTWORTHY.

The inventory keeps preservation, validation, modernization, rights, privacy, professional review, and product decisions separate. That prevents a good idea from being treated as approved evidence—or an internal insight from being published before it is ready.

Source before synthesis

Dave’s documented content stays distinct from outside evidence, interpretation, and new SAGE editorial language.

Evidence has boundaries

An outside source validates only the proposition it actually supports—not every conclusion built around it.

No silent correction

Disputed or outdated material remains visible in the internal provenance record, with the corrected disposition beside it.

Rights are separate

Accuracy and public availability do not grant permission to reuse exact wording, images, lyrics, or other protected work.

Specialists keep their role

Legal, HR, clinical, financial, safety, safeguarding, privacy, rights, ethics, and pastoral questions stay with qualified reviewers.

Human judgment remains central

SAGE is being designed to support discernment and execution—not replace leadership, professional advice, or accountable human decisions.

Preserve Dave’s distinctive lesson and attribution. Correct or restrict weak evidence. Modernize the application. Never silently turn a SAGE synthesis into Dave’s original wording.

The project’s governing editorial rule

Current inventory snapshot

A GROWING
EVIDENCE BASE.

Snapshot dated September 18, 2026. Counts represent governed internal records, not publication-ready assets.

Six books have completed internal inventories. The seventh—Write and Grow Rich!—is underway. Completion means the internal evidence draft has passed its book audit; it does not mean the material is cleared for publication or consequential use.

The intended outcome

A LIVING KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM THAT CAN REMEMBER THE SOURCE, RECOGNIZE THE CONTEXT, PROTECT THE PEOPLE, AND HELP TURN INSIGHT INTO RESPONSIBLE ACTION.
