Effective September 14, 2026

TERMS WITH
CLARITY.

These terms govern use of the Create Socially website and the private CSOS Knowledge MCP pilot.

01

Acceptance and scope

By using this website or an authorized CSOS Knowledge MCP connection, you agree to these terms. The MCP is currently a private pilot for approved Create Socially operators and systems, not a public document-access service.

02

Authorized use

You may use the MCP only with permission from Create Socially and only for lawful business purposes within the access granted to you. You may not share credentials, bypass safeguards, probe for uncataloged or unauthorized information, interfere with the service, or use retrieved material outside its stated governance and access restrictions.

03

Source material and intellectual property

Create Socially and its licensors retain all rights in the website, CSOS, the MCP, course material, source registries, frameworks, and related content. Access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to publish, reproduce, train another system on, or commercially redistribute material unless a separate written agreement expressly allows it.

04

Advisory limitations

MCP results may be incomplete, outdated, conflicting, or limited by the current source registry. They support—rather than replace—professional judgment, source verification, and accountable human advice. The service does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.

05

Availability and changes

Create Socially may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the pilot, including access to particular sources, when needed for security, governance, maintenance, or product development. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.

06

Disclaimers and responsibility

The website and pilot service are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Users remain responsible for decisions, actions, and disclosures made from retrieved information. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

07

Privacy and Google data

Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. Authorization may be revoked through Google Account settings or by contacting Create Socially.

08

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be directed to Create Socially LLP at hello@createsocially.com or 205 E 2nd Ave, Dennis, Kansas 67341.
